Wissenschaft (/vısnʃaft/) is a German-language term that refers broadly to systematic, methodical study and organized knowledge in any field. It embraces both Sciences and Humanities, and The word "Ilim" is often used for the same purpose in Arabic. However, there is no exact equivalent to this term in modern English.
